With over 24 years experience in the Interior Design Industry, Samantha Linzer, founder of Chaya Designs, brings a refined eye and an intuitive sense of style to every space she touches. Her work blends coastal charm, modern elegance and transitional warmth-creating interiors that are not only distinctive and beautiful, but deeply functional and livable.
Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Samantha approaches each project with a balance of artistic vision and practical expertise. Her designs are known for their sophisticated palettes, thoughtful details, and a seamless flow that reflects each client's unique lifestyle.
Samantha's design background experience includes residential design, home building/ remodeling and commercial/ hospitality design. She has also made design magic happen working on themed interiors and attractions for multiple projects including Universal Orlando's Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
At Chaya Designs, Samantha is dedicated to creating interiors that inspire-where elegance meets ease, and every space tells a story.
